We are seeking an administrative assistant for our growing company. Primary duties involve supporting two project managers. Tasks include answering phones, taking memos, bookkeeping and maintaining files using QuickBooks and Procore construction management software.
• Self-motivated, assertive and organized, including ability to prioritize
• Ability to think critically and analyze data
• Related business experience preferred; construction experience desired
• Proficient using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Proficient with QuickBooks
• High school degree or equivalent; college education preferred but not required
• Must have a valid driver’s license
